Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for AI and data initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver impactful AI-driven features and products.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Champion data-driven decision-making processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management within fintech or related industries, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI-driven products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Technical background with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in product development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
