We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer who shares our passion for innovation and transformation. This critical role involves building advanced AI-driven solutions to help our business partners evolve and meet the growing demand for personalized, intelligent digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

AI & Agent System Engineering:
- Build and refine various AI components, including multi-agent orchestration and policy enforcement.
- Engineer RAG pipelines and implement guardrails for autonomous operations.
- Design evaluation frameworks to monitor AI behavioral performance.

Cloud-Native & Performance Engineering:
- Create resilient, containerized microservices on Kubernetes for high-scale applications.
- Optimize LLM inference and engineer real-time event streaming pipelines.
- Implement observability practices for auditing agent operations.

Banking Integration & Safety:
- Develop API adapter layers for core banking systems and ensure transaction safety protocols.
- Enforce enterprise security measures across platforms.

Engineering Leadership & Standards:
- Set quality standards across delivery pods and mentor engineers on best practices.
Core Tech Stack:
- Languages: Python, TypeScript, Dart (Flutter)
- AI/LLM Technologies: Anthropic Claude, LangGraph
- Data & Search: PostgreSQL, Redis, Pinecone
- Streaming & Messaging: Apache Kafka, AWS MSK
- Cloud & DevOps: Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions

Requirements & Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong record in production systems.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with LLM/Agentic AI systems at scale.
- Expertise in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Technical leadership experience with code reviews and development standards.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services.
- Familiarity with financial compliance and security standards.
