As a Lead AI/ML Engineer, you will collaborate directly with business leadership to translate a backlog of use cases into delivered value. Your role will encompass both building and co-owning a portfolio, delivering production-grade ML solutions where beneficial, and integrating existing group AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI/ML Use-Case Portfolio: Co-own the technical aspects of the use-case backlog, assessing feasibility, effort, timeline, and technical risk, while proposing sequencing and decisions on scope.
  • Stakeholder Translation: Partner with various teams to translate business challenges into technical specifications, and convey technical results back into operational actions.

What We Expect From You:

  • Experience: 8+ years in building and deploying production ML & AI systems, particularly in industrial or energy sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Python, data engineering (Spark/Databricks), classical ML methods, and fundamentals of MLOps.

  • Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in upstream oil and gas production, artificial lift, predictive maintenance, or similar domains.

What You Can Expect:

  • An agile company culture with an international and collaborative team.
  • Structured onboarding and continuous development programs.
  • Competitive benefits including health insurance and 25 vacation days.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
