Overall Purpose
Drive and enhance the company’s financial performance by analyzing financial results, budgets, forecasts, variances, and market trends. Provide high-quality financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

Core Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting for BM&NM BU.
• Conduct financial analysis, variance reviews, investment appraisal, and market research.
• Prepare management and board-level reports and performance insights.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics; CFA preferred.
• ~8 years relevant experience; international exposure and M&A experience advantageous.
• Advanced financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis skills.

Technical & Functional Competencies

• Strong knowledge of finance principles, accounting rules, taxation, fiscal policies, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks.
• Understanding of financial products, bond markets, commercial paper, and loan covenants.
