Responsibilities

  • Hold and provide all sector-specific knowledge for activities like incident response and threat hunting.
  • Coordinate efforts between the OT SOC and the sector for mutual incident response investigations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and security teams.
  • Comprehend global and sector-related cybersecurity risks, regulations, and standards.
  • Assist customers with cybersecurity inquiries and questionnaires.
  • Represent OT SOC as an expert in cybersecurity discussions with customers.
  • Conduct assessments to ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and best practices.
  • Actively contribute to managing and mitigating cybersecurity risks.
  • Drive internal cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or GIAC Certification preferred.
  • Sector-related certification(s) beneficial.
  • Strong skills in people and process management.
  • Proven project management skills including initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
  • Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership and coordination skills in team management.
  • Proficient in using Office tools.
