Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design:
- Lead the design of solutions leveraging Appian BPM, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Define architecture blueprints and integration patterns for enterprise systems, APIs, and external services.
- Create reusable frameworks, libraries, and process templates to accelerate delivery for multiple projects.

Technical Leadership:
- Mentor and guide development teams in best practices for Appian BPM development.
- Conduct code reviews and provide performance tuning guidance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to ensure business needs are met.

Innovation & Optimization:
- Evaluate emerging features and capabilities in the Appian BPM platform to enhance solution delivery.
- Drive automation opportunities, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Quality & Governance:
- Establish and enforce development guidelines, version control, and release management processes.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
- Appian BPM development experience (21.x and later)
- Strong experience in workflow and case management design
- Service orchestration and API integration (REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka)
- Designing and implementing reusable frameworks/components
- UI/UX development using Appian SAIL
- Enterprise architecture principles, cloud deployment models (AWS/Azure), and microservices-based architecture
- Databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines
- Security, authentication (OAuth, SAML), and role-based access control in BPM applications
