Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across 27 airport terminals.
• Ensure high standards of service and customer experience for all VIP travelers.
• Oversee coordination of official ceremonies and events.
• Implement and uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance with aviation standards.
• Liaise with various stakeholders including airport authorities, government officials, and airline partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery.
