Lead-Backend Development (Mobile Banking)

The Lead-Backend Development (Mobile Banking) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highly available Java/Spring-Boot microservices to deliver robust backend APIs. This role is critical in accelerating secure mobile feature development. Key responsibilities include:

• Architecting and developing highly available Java/J2EE microservices for mobile banking features.
• Co-designing solution architecture with Frontend and UX teams to formalize API contracts, validate end-to-end transaction flows, and ratify design principles before microservice development and implementation.
• Building and optimizing RESTful APIs for seamless mobile-backend integration.
• Technically leading and mentoring a team of backend developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
