About the Role
As a Lead in Business Operations at the company, you will function as the operating generalist for the enterprise infrastructure platform, which integrates trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services. This role focuses on partner launch and operational rhythm, tackling various needs necessary for scaling the business, including launch readiness, operational cadence, reporting, and strategic projects in collaboration with leadership. You will report to the head of Business Operations and work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams. This is a builder role ideal for someone who identifies and resolves broken processes while effectively maintaining operations without needing direction.

Responsibilities
- Act as the operating partner to leadership, managing the business cadence, which includes planning, goal-setting, business reviews, and leadership updates, while tracking performance metrics for the company.
- Automate manual processes across the business using AI and integrations, enhancing workflows from partner launch checklists to reporting systems.
- Collaborate with Solutions, Product, and Compliance teams to refine the partner launch process, making it repeatable and reducing the time to go-live.
- Integrate new products and acquired businesses into the operational routine.
- Lead strategic and cross-functional projects crucial to the company’s success that span beyond the confines of a single team.
What You Bring
- Over 4 years of experience in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or related fields, with in-house roles in payments, fintech, financial services, or crypto companies. Experience in consulting is also valued.
- Proven ability to manage a process from conception through completion; adept at structuring and sustaining systems independently.
- Versatility and comfort in switching between diverse tasks, such as creating a launch plan or automating workflows.
- A proactive approach to eliminate manual work utilizing AI tools, scripts, or no-code automation rather than relying on others.
- Strong communication skills adaptable to various audiences; capable of explaining new processes to Sales, briefing leadership on decisions, and drafting requirements for Engineering teams.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in handling data and meticulous attention to detail.
- Initiative-driven self-starter, capable of charting a course when a clear roadmap is absent.
