About the Job
We are looking for a Lead Cloud Architect (LCA) with Artificial Intelligence experience who will be responsible for designing, building, and managing best-in-class solutions for our CSS customers. The role involves establishing trusted relationships with customers and being familiar with Oracle Cloud and AI products and solutions. You will assess and analyze customer needs to capture business and industry requirements, translating them into technical architectures aligned with Oracle’s best practices. Additionally, you will lead CSS’s highly experienced delivery teams by providing technical governance and guidance, build relationships with team members and customers, and act as the main contact for new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include driving innovation, applying industry and Oracle best practices, and ensuring successful handover from implementation to operations.

Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience as a senior architect delivering cloud and AI solutions
- Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of customer organizations
- Keen to learn new cloud and AI technologies
- Customer-first attitude and team player
- Technical leadership for large and complex cloud and AI solutions
- Positive, creative, agile, and innovative attitude
- Ability to analyze and document complex issues and give recommendations
- Motivational influencer for team success
Preferred Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Oracle’s cloud solutions (OCI, IaaS, PaaS, Networks)
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and machine learning/deep learning
- Familiarity with AI services & technologies (e.g., Digital Assistant, NLP, Speech)
- Understanding of cloud security and cloud-native design solutions
- Strong automation process experience (e.g., DevOps, GitOps)
