Lead Customer Innovation Specialist

As a Lead Customer Innovation Specialist, you will run discovery workshops and FDE-style boot camps with business and IT stakeholders to surface, qualify, and prioritize Industry AI opportunities capable of fundamentally transforming how customers operate and grow. You will also be responsible for translating business challenges into implementable AI solutions, driving use cases from discovery to deployment, and building the Industry AI portfolio.

What You Will Do

• Lead customer innovation engagements by conducting discovery workshops and boot camps.
• Define high-value Industry AI use cases and translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI use cases, from discovery to deployment.
• Deliver measurable customer value rapidly by applying an iterative model.
• Build a portfolio of industry-specific AI assets based on customer learnings.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of industry expertise in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries.
• Hands-on experience in defining Agentic AI solutions focusing on data readiness and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record in product definition and delivery or leading business transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Ability to translate AI opportunities into quantified business cases with realistic KPIs and ROI timelines.
• Strong knowledge of the company S/4HANA, the company Business AI Platform, and cloud-first architecture principles.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with proficiency in English and advantage for Arabic proficiency.
