Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for cybersecurity systems and networks for AMC customers, including the company, the company, and the company.
- Assist customers with quarterly preventive security maintenance across the company, the company, the company, and other locations.
- Conduct risk assessments, manage patching, and ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Check and update configurations of all DMZ switches, routers, and firewalls according to documented policy.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain FortiGate, Juniper, and Sophos firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, NAT, and intrusion prevention systems.
- Configure and support Cisco and Hirschmann industrial switches.
- Design, configure, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and monitoring systems.
- Support backup solutions such as Acronis and equivalent technologies.
- Work towards achieving assigned individual and collective Objectives & Key Results (OKR).
