Qatar Airways is pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Internal Audit team. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will report to Manager IT Internal Audit and be responsible for supporting the delivery of various internal audit reviews by leading the design and development of data models, conducting in-depth data analysis, and adopting the best practices in data visualization and reporting. You will also help the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to enable data-driven decision making and contributing to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis of structured and unstructured data from various data sources.
• Prepare statistical/supporting data to communicate audit findings, critical information, and insights.
• Highlight patterns and trends and present the insights in a structured way.
• Design and develop automated reporting using available corporate applications.
• Identify valuable data sources available within the company and understand interrelations between different datasets and ensure data handling measures are strictly adhered.

Qualifications: We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Internal Audit Team who can recognize themselves in the points below.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Professional certifications in relevant domains of data analytics and statistics.
• Great problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English language.
• Strong business acumen.
• Self-starter capable of taking initiatives and working with minimal direction.
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and towards challenging deadlines.
• Persuasive communicator with superb listening and writing skills.
