Lead Data Analyst

We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst with a strong foundation in both technical and interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic banking environment.

Core Skills:

• Data Product Development
• Data Mart Design
• Understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Time-Series Analysis, and Optimization
• Knowledge of Banking, Retail, Business & Wholesale products
• Strong Communication and Inter-personal skills
• People Management and Multicultural awareness

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Python (with additional skills in R, SAS, Spark), SQL, DAX
• Strong coding skills in a data programming language (Python, R, Java)
• Experience with Cloud Data technologies

Competencies:

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with SAS/R/Spark is a plus
• Deployment experience across various databases and server/cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Excellent knowledge of Banking Functional Knowledge is a major plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
