Key Responsibilities:

Data Platform Migration: Lead the transition of a major credit bureau’s data platform from multiple scattered data warehouses (MS SQL, IBM DB2, SAP IQ Sybase) to a unified Greenplum platform. Manage ETL process migration (Informatica) and implement CDC and streaming solutions using Debezium and RabbitMQ.

Enterprise Reporting Development: Develop a corporate reporting platform for a major bank in Saudi Arabia, optimizing existing Enterprise Data Warehouse (Teradata, Informatica PowerCenter) to enhance business intelligence.

Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor engineering teams, ensuring best practices in data architecture, ETL development, and code review processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Performance Optimization: Enhance SQL queries, ETL pipelines, and data models for high performance and scalability. Troubleshoot data integration issues.

Agile Implementation: Apply Agile methodologies to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Requirements:

Must-have Skills:
- Greenplum, Teradata, advanced SQL proficiency
- Enterprise ETL tool experience

- ETL Informatica PowerCenter, Debezium/Kafka, Java
- Business intelligence tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI)

Experience:
- Data Warehousing (DWH): 5+ years of experience in DWH projects within fintech, IT consulting, or related industries.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing a team of 5+ engineers in a technical leadership capacity.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial and banking data management practices.

- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Mobility: Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia or travel extensively as required (70% on-site / 30% off-site).
