Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy & Leadership:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI algorithms and models.
- Oversee a team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
- Guide the ethical application of AI technologies across initiatives.

Data-Driven Innovation:
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and best practices in data management.
- Introduce and evaluate emerging generative AI approaches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI.
- Partner with industry stakeholders to align AI capabilities with customer-centric outcomes.

- Identify advancements in AI, ML, and cloud technologies to enhance service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in technology, with at least 5 years in data science or AI within a cloud environment.
- Certifications in data science, AI, or cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of big data, machine learning frameworks, and analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to lead AI-driven projects from strategy through implementation.
