The AI and Data Science Center of Excellence (CoE) at SoftServe is our premier AI/ML hub, primarily based in Europe. With more than 160 experts, we cover the entire AI lifecycle, from problem framing to deployment. In 2024, we delivered over 150 AI projects, including more than 100 focused on Generative AI. We collaborate with major industry leaders such as NVIDIA, Google Cloud, Amazon, and Microsoft to ensure our teams use cutting-edge tools and technologies. Our internal innovation engine, the Gen AI Lab, focuses on applied research and collaboration in Generative AI.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, including at least 1+ years in healthcare.
- Proven track record of delivering AI models with measurable business impact.
- Expertise in Machine Learning areas such as NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and various ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark MLlib, MLFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- Experienced in MLOps and LLMOps architectures.
- Familiarity with developer tools such as Azure DevOps, PyCharm/MS Visual Studio, Docker, etc.
- Experience with Databricks and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research methodologies and AI product requirements.
- Ensure model scalability, performance, and integration into healthcare workflows.
- Oversee the data pipeline architecture, from data collection to model deployment.
- Lead the data science delivery pod while ensuring best practices in model development and experimentation.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
