Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and the company guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers and identify opportunities for improving system performance.
- Plan and execute service work based on customer orders and expectations to ensure customer retention.
- Identify new service business opportunities for the company in collaboration with customers and other the company teams.
- Coach technicians and engineers, supervising complex site activities.
Qualifications for the Role:
- 10+ years of the company Advant master & System 800xA DCS experience.
- Execute medium to low service projects in collaboration with the engineering team, including expansions and modernization projects.
- Lead a group of engineers to deliver projects and collaborate with the engineering manager and/or project manager.
- Engage with customers on-site to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Perform field service tasks, identify technical issues, and conduct analysis through remote or on-site activities.
- Prepare material lists for service activities, ensuring availability and quality of materials and equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment/process failures and recommend corrective actions to avoid future issues.
