We are currently seeking a skilled Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team at our Al Khobar office. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product experience, shaping the customer experience (CX) vision, defining information architecture and commerce journeys, and translating them into a scalable design system and production-ready user interface (UI).
Responsibilities:
- Drive the creation of end-to-end customer journeys and initial UX/UI; produce Figma wireframes and clickable prototypes.
- Design catalog, pricing, cart/checkout, order tracking, and self-service patterns for B2B contexts.
- Align experience goals with platform capabilities and the commercial roadmap.
- Define information architecture (IA), navigation, and content models.
- Establish a reusable component library and design system to align with brand standards and enhance delivery speed.
- Model UI behaviors around API gateway integrations for marketplace, billing, order management, and CRM/BSS.
- Deliver an Arabic-first, RTL-capable UI using strong localization practices.
- Instrument journeys for usage analytics and acceptance; iterate based on data and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of proven design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI skillset.
- Expert in Figma and collaborative prototyping.
- Experience in operating within Agile ceremonies alongside Product Owners (PO), Business Analysts (BA), and Front-End/Back-End leads.
- Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- An academic degree in Design or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with the telecommunications sector.
Working Conditions:
- The usual working hours for full-time roles are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Working hours may vary based on client requirements, and flexibility is accommodated whenever possible.
