Our core application stack relies on Python and agent frameworks such as LangGraph and Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF). While solution leads design AI models and a dedicated infrastructure team manages cloud resources and Kubernetes clusters, you will own the DevOps domain. Your responsibilities will include managing pipeline logic, maintaining application Dockerfiles, authoring Helm charts, and architecting network solutions, representing DevOps in client discussions. We prioritize architectural simplicity and rely on our existing Python ecosystem for custom utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- DevOps Leadership & Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
- CI/CD Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, and optimize GitLab CI pipelines for AI agent workflows.
- Containerization & Packaging: Maintain multi-stage Dockerfiles and author Helm charts for microservices.
- Python Toolchain & AI Testing Integration: Integrate testing frameworks directly into CI workflows.
- Runner Connectivity & Custom Utilities: Build Python-native proxies or bridges for network issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with AI Solution Leads and infrastructure teams.
Mandatory Requirements:
- GitLab CI Mastery: Expertise in designing and optimizing GitLab CI pipelines.
- Docker & Helm Expertise: Experience with Helm charts and optimizing Dockerfiles.
- Python Ecosystem: Advanced knowledge of Python package management and automation.
- AI/LLM CI/CD Experience: Experience in automating deployment and testing for AI software.
- Azure & Kubernetes Literacy: Understanding of Kubernetes manifests and Azure services.
- Client-Facing Leadership: Excellent communication and experience in technical client discussions.
- Pragmatic Mindset: Focus on simplicity in tech stacks using Python-native tools.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Agentic Frameworks: Exposure to LangGraph or Microsoft Agent Framework.
- LLM Observability: Experience with evaluation tools integrated into CI/CD.
- Custom Networking Utilities: Writing lightweight Python scripts for network solutions.
- Secondary CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines.
