Lead – Digital Portfolio - NEOBiz

About the Job:

The company is seeking a Lead for the Digital Portfolio within the NEOBiz Business Banking department. This role involves managing existing NEOBiz relationships acquired through digital channels and achieving both financial and non-financial objectives by fulfilling the non-borrowing needs of customers across target segments, including borrowers, transactors, and depositors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Actively managing high-value NEOBiz customers, focusing on relationship management and up-selling/cross-selling bank products.
• Seamlessly taking over new relationships identified by the VRM team, following defined customer onboarding procedures.
• Constantly identifying customer needs and profiling to discover new opportunities.
• Ensuring the quality and soundness of the assigned NEOBiz high-value portfolio, including KYC reviews and monitoring for compliance with due diligence and anti-money laundering procedures.

Key Metrics:

• Operating Budget: AED 5M in liability growth monthly and AED 1M in FER revenue per month.
• Number of Staff: 9
