Lead – Digital Portfolio - NEOBiz.RBG

The company is seeking a Lead for the Digital Portfolio within the NEOBiz (Business Banking) department. The role involves managing a set of existing NEOBiz relationships acquired digitally, with a focus on achieving assigned financial and non-financial objectives. Responsibilities include:

• Managing high-value NEOBiz customers and enhancing relationships through up-selling, deep-selling, and cross-selling other bank products.
• Seamlessly transitioning new relationships acquired digitally and ensuring high balance/high revenue potential clients are enrolled using the defined customer onboarding procedure.
• Identifying opportunities based on customer profiling and needs assessment.
• Ensuring the quality and compliance of the assigned NEOBiz High Value portfolio, including KYC reviews and adherence to anti-money laundering procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision under the Senior Manager, Digital Portfolio - NEOBiz.
• Responsible for an operating budget of AED 5M in liability growth and generating AED 1M in FER revenue per month.
• Management of a staff team of 9 members.
