Lead – Digital Portfolio - NEOBiz.RBG

Mashreq Bank is seeking a Lead for the Digital Portfolio within the Business Banking division. The successful candidate will manage a set of existing NEOBiz relationships that have been acquired digitally. The primary objective is to achieve assigned financial and non-financial goals by addressing all non-borrowing needs of customers in target segments, including borrowers, transactors, and depositors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Actively managing high-value NEOBiz customers, focusing on relationship management and up-selling, deep-selling, and cross-selling other bank products.
• Seamlessly taking over new relationships identified by the VRM team, utilizing the defined customer onboarding procedures for relationships with high balance and revenue potential.
• Constantly identifying opportunities by profiling customer needs.
• Ensuring the quality and soundness of the assigned NEOBiz high-value portfolio, including KYC reviews, monitoring for due diligence, and adherence to anti-money laundering procedures.
