The company is seeking a Lead Digital Process Automation Architect who is a Saudi National to spearhead the strategic design and implementation of digital process automation initiatives. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, governance compliance, and digital transformation across the organization. You will be responsible for defining and managing the roadmap for enterprise-wide automation, ensuring that automated workflows meet compliance standards and align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the roadmap for digital process automation and modernization initiatives.
- Design complex digital workflows using automation platforms.
- Create scalable automation solutions in line with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee integration of automation platforms with enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical automation strategies.
- Translate operational needs into technical automation plans.
- Guide workflow governance and standards for automation architecture.
- Monitor workflows, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior team members and review technical deliverables.
- Support change management and digital adoption initiatives.
- Provide updates and presentations to leadership.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in analysis, process architecture, or digital transformation.
- Proven experience with enterprise workflow automation platforms (e.g., Pega, Microsoft Power Automate).
- Strong knowledge of process automation architecture and design.
- Expertise in governance frameworks, compliance, and data standards.
- Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and workflow modeling.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
- Platform certifications in workflow automation (e.g., Pega Certified System Architect).
- Experience with public sector or government projects.
- Leadership capabilities and experience in developing governance models.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
