The company is looking for a talented Lead Digital Process Automation Architect - Saudi National to join our team. In this role, you will lead the strategic design and implementation of enterprise-wide digital process automation initiatives, driving operational efficiency, governance compliance, and digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the roadmap for enterprise-wide digital process automation and modernization initiatives.
  • Design and architect complex digital workflows using enterprise workflow automation platforms.
  • Develop scalable automation solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance of automated workflows with governance requirements, regulatory standards, and data compliance frameworks.
  • Oversee integration of automation platforms with enterprise systems and legacy databases.
  • Collaborate with department heads and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical automation strategies.
  • Translate business and operational needs into technical workflows, automation blueprints, and implementation plans.
  • Lead workflow governance and establish standards for automation architecture and deployment.
  • Monitor workflow performance and establish KPIs to assess efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Audit active digital processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify automation opportunities that improve operational performance and service delivery.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, analysts, and project team members.
  • Provide technical presentations, reports, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in business analysis, process architecture, or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience with enterprise workflow automation platforms such as Pega, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of process automation architecture and enterprise workflow design.
  • Deep understanding of governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and data sovereignty standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and workflow process modeling.
  • Strong experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Platform certifications such as Pega Certified System Architect or Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Public sector or government project experience.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly to executive stakeholders.
