About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced Audio Visual (AV) systems, ICT infrastructure, and security systems for a variety of environments including conference rooms, boardrooms, auditoriums, and control rooms. You will oversee every aspect of the system lifecycle from conceptual design through to installation and commissioning to ensure that the final implementation meets the highest standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Audio Visual (primary)
- Design AV systems for various settings such as conference rooms, boardrooms, auditoriums, control rooms and collaboration spaces.
- Prepare schematics, layouts, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications.
- Oversee installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of AV systems.
- Integrate video conferencing, displays, projection, Digital Signal Processing (DSP), AV over Internet Protocol (IP), and control systems.

ICT
- Design structured cabling, Local Area Network/Wireless Local Area Network (LAN/WLAN), data centre, and telecom room infrastructure.
- Prepare ICT layouts, containment routes, rack elevations, and cable schedules.
- Coordinate with networking, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), and IT teams on infrastructure requirements.

Security
- Design CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and other electronic security systems.
- Develop security system architecture, device schedules, and cabling layouts.
- Ensure designs follow client requirements, local regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), WiredScore, and SmartScore preferred.
