Responsibilities
- Oversee the fabrication and construction processes for offshore wellhead and subsea piping projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineering teams to execute project deliverables efficiently.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to mitigate risks associated with fabrication and construction activities.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum overall 18+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- At least 12+ years of experience in the execution of detail engineering/EPC contracts within the oil and gas sector.
- Proven experience in a fabrication yard background for offshore/onshore projects.
- Minimum of 8+ years of previous experience working on offshore projects, which is an added advantage.
- Direct experience in offshore EPC wellhead and subsea piping projects is required.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role for mega oil and gas FEED/EPC projects valued over US$ 1 billion.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a must.

Contract and Travel Details
- This position is based in Abu Dhabi, in the EPC Contractor Office.
- There may be travel requirements to fabrication yards or project sites as necessary, subject to project demands.
