Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (specific discipline) + 4 years as Senior Engineer
- Master’s in Engineering (specific discipline) + 2 years as Senior Engineer
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years as an Engineer (depending on qualification)
- International experience is advantageous
- Skills:
- Expert in analyzing and modeling engineering components, systems, and processes
- Strong leadership and management capabilities
- Skilled in operational improvement optimization, balancing technical, operational, and financial requirements
- Proven risk management and analysis expertise
- Competent in managing portfolios of projects
