About The Role:
Are you passionate about driving fleet reliability and optimizing maintenance programs through data-driven insights and strategic analytics? In this role, you will supervise and maintain engineering support to ensure the airframe systems and components remain in a highly reliable condition. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring safety, airworthiness, and dispatch reliability in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Complying with the Reliability Control Program (RCP), Continuous Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) Manual, and GACA requirements.
  • Utilizing MSG-3 methodology to optimize maintenance programs.
  • Analyzing comprehensive data sources from flight operations, maintenance records, and MEL defect logs for trends and recurring issues.
  • Conducting Reliability Review Board meetings across various departments.
  • Employing advanced reliability analysis techniques and investigating complex reliability challenges.
  • Engaging with OEMs and component vendors to assess technical issues and establish ambitious team goals and KPIs.

About You:
You should have a degree or equivalent in Aviation, Engineering, or a relevant field (or AME License with demonstrated engineering/airworthiness experience) along with 7-10 years of progressive experience in aviation technical departments, including:

  • Developing and managing Aircraft Reliability Programs.
  • Preparing Technical Reliability Reports and leading Technical Reliability Review meetings.

You are expected to possess strong knowledge of aircraft systems, a good understanding of aviation regulations (GACA, EASA, FAA), and proficiency in maintenance planning systems and diagnostic tools. Analytical and problem-solving skills, technical writing abilities, and project management capabilities are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with B787, A320, or A350 Reliability Programs, familiarity with AMOS, previous supervisory or management experience, and proficiency in Arabic would be considered an asset.
