Lead Enterprise Architect

This position involves leading enterprise architecture initiatives for banking migrations, mergers, and acquisitions, ensuring seamless system integration with a strong emphasis on security, compliance, and performance. The role requires defining architecture roadmaps that align with business goals and regulatory standards, collaborating with senior stakeholders and IT teams to push strategic initiatives forward. Additionally, the role includes mentoring architecture teams and overseeing high-level design and implementation processes.

Utilization of frameworks such as TOGAF and BIAN to guide the architecture development is crucial, alongside supporting governance, risk management, and technology innovation across banking platforms.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
• Expertise in banking systems (core, payments, digital)
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps, and Agile practices
• Familiar with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, BIAN)
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation projects in complex environments

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
