Lead Enterprise Security Architect

La Fosse are recruiting for a Lead Enterprise Security Architect to relocate to the UAE to join a leading international retail business headquartered in Dubai. The role requires relocation to the UAE and is offering up to £110k tax free salary, up to 30% bonus and relocation, Health/life insurance, flights home and schooling allowance all part of the package. The ideal candidate will work directly with the CISO to:

• Lead secure solution design and security architecture for the Group.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security architecture standards.
• Evaluate 3rd party security solutions and advise on integration.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams on secure solutions.
• Present and evaluate security architecture at governance forums.
• Identify opportunities for security innovation and strategy. Requirements:
• Experience working in the retail/logistics/distribution domain.
• Experience working complex, multi territory environments.
• 10+ years of security experience with 4+ years in architecture.
• Experience in ERP & SAP/network/cloud/application security, and SSDLC.
• Proven knowledge of security standards (ISO27001, ISO22301, NIST).
• Security certifications (CISSP, SABSA, TOGAF preferred).
• Experience with RBAC, SAML Authentication and Authorisation & SIEM tools (Splunk, Elastic).
• Extensive experience working directly with C-Suite and Board stakeholders. Must be a confident communicator comfortable presenting and influencing senior stakeholders.
