Lead ERP Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Lead ERP Support Analyst with in-depth knowledge of Oracle R12 modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CE), Fixed Assets (FA), Subledger Accounting (XLA), Project Costing, and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of testing experience in Oracle Enterprise Financial applications, particularly Oracle EBS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing, System Integration Testing, and Regression Testing for Oracle EBS
• Develop test strategies and plans utilizing Oracle Unified Method (OUM)
• Set up test environments and manage project estimates, requirements, and test planning
• Author and execute test cases, and handle defect reporting
• Manage team testing deliverables and coordinate defect triage processes
• Handle issue resolution and crisis management, including change control and status reporting
• Ensure excellent communication skills to develop project specifications, schedules, and plans in a software testing environment
