Key Responsibilities
As a Field Engineer, you will be the primary connection between our on-site teams and clients. Your role will involve technical and professional leadership to ensure optimal installation, maintenance, and operational performance of equipment, while exceeding customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with crew members to deploy tools and services, while liaising with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.
- Engaging in hands-on work at rig sites to resolve complex technical problems.
- Preparing, documenting, and managing both incoming and outgoing equipment and products related to well sites.
- Supporting tender preparations, including data analysis, cost estimations, and invoicing activities.
- Participating in job shadowing opportunities to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or related disciplines, graduated within the last 36 months.
- Have achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
- Be fluent in written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.
- Be legally entitled to work in the country where you are applying without company sponsorship or restrictions.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, an aptitude for teamwork, and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in critical thinking, numerical skills, data analysis, and project management.
