The Senior Builder Experience
- Technical Ownership: Partner with a Deployment Strategist to manage customer outcomes from end to end, ensuring high engineering standards for all deliverables.
- AI-Supported Engineering: Embed AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and the company products into your daily workflow, allowing your work to set the benchmark for other builders.
- Roadmap Influence: Provide credible field experience that directly shapes product and engineering development, ensuring that real-world insights are integrated into future features.
- Continuous Innovation: Maintain a forefront position in the use of emerging AI tools, experimenting and sharing insights with your team and customers.
What You'll Actually Be Building
- Lead the end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers, from architecture to production.
- Design and implement agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including agent logic, tool calls, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Manage the data lifecycle, ensuring readiness and processing for AI applications across the company Data 360 and other platforms.
- Resolve technical blockers, rely on your proven track record to troubleshoot integration issues, model deployment challenges, and performance regressions.
- Develop and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to monitor health and business outcomes.
- Rapidly create proofs-of-concept and MVPs while knowing which decisions require immediate attention.
- Document and codify insights and reusable assets for wider organizational use.
- Mentor engineers through collaborative coding sessions and reviews.
- Provide technical insight for critical deployments requiring high-level engineering judgment.
- Communicate field insights directly to product teams to inform future development.
You're Our Senior Forward Deployed Engineer If…
- You have 6+ years of experience in software engineering or technical delivery with a focus on scalable production systems in AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
- You possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- You are proficient in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Apex) and familiar with the others.
- You have integrated LLMs into production and used frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- You have a strong foundation in data modeling and analytics, especially with platforms like the company Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- You bring deep expertise in the company platform including Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
- You have a results-driven mindset and demonstrate sound judgment for project timelines.
- You have experience mentoring and building reusable assets.
- You can effectively communicate with technical peers, architects, and executives.
- You are actively involved in the evolving AI landscape and have an eagerness to tinker with new tools.
- You are willing to travel to customer sites as needed.
- You are fluent in Arabic and English.
Nice-to-Haves
- Company certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, System Architect).
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices, observability tooling, or data governance frameworks.
- Experience designing enterprise AI solutions for Global 500 companies.
- A history of influencing product roadmaps through field insights.
- Contributions to open source or published technical writing.
