Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions, guiding architecture decisions through to production hand-off.
- Design and implement agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including agent logic, tool calls, and multi-agent orchestration, ensuring robust integration patterns for enterprise environments.
- Manage the data lifecycle, including model design, data processing pipelines, and readiness for AI applications across platforms like the company Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical blockers such as data integration failures and model deployment issues, acting as the go-to expert for complex challenges.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
- Develop proofs-of-concept and minimum viable products with a focus on scalable, impactful delivery.
- Document learnings, and develop reusable assets and frameworks based on real customer experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and collaborative sessions, influencing the next generation of technical talent.
- Provide strategic depth for at-risk deployments by utilizing senior engineering judgment.
- Deliver insights from field experiences directly to product and engineering teams to enhance the Agentforce roadmap.
- Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to translate customer business challenges into effective agentic solutions.
Your Qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of large-scale production systems in AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Expertise in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex) and familiarity with the others.
- Experience integrating large language models (LLMs) into production and working with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Proficient in data modeling, processing, and analytics across platforms such as the company Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- In-depth knowledge of the company platform capabilities: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
- Proven track record of mentoring others and creating reusable technical assets.
- Clear communicator with the ability to engage with technical peers, customer architects, and executive stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements.
- Business-level proficiency in English and Arabic.
