Join us as a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI within enterprise environments. You'll become the technical authority, responsible for designing, building, and deploying leading-edge agentic AI solutions for our most strategic customers. As a key partner to Deployment Strategists, you will own outcomes from architecture through production, ensuring the highest engineering standards are met. Your work will help redefine what’s possible for our customers, driving innovation in a rapidly evolving landscape.

The Senior Builder Experience

• Technical Ownership: Partner with a Deployment Strategist to ensure customer outcomes meet the highest engineering standards, whether developed by AI tools or directly by you.
• AI-Supported Engineering: Integrate tools like Cursor, Claude, and the company coding products into your workflow, promoting best practices that other Builders adopt.
• Roadmap Influence: Provide valuable field insights to Product and Engineering, contributing directly to agentic AI product evolution based on real-life experiences.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI tools and frameworks, sharing knowledge with your team and customers.

What You'll Actually Be Building

• Own the end-to-end build and deployment of complex agentic AI solutions, overseeing everything from architecture to production.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including agent logic and integrations for enterprise environments.
• Manage the data lifecycle for AI applications, ensuring readiness across various platforms (the company Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Resolve technical blockers that impede progress, leveraging your expertise to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting for tracking deployment health and customer KPIs.
• Quickly develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs, balancing fast delivery with precision.
• Create reusable patterns and frameworks from real customer work to guide the organization.
• Mentor fellow Engineers through collaborative code reviews and shared coding sessions.
• Provide technical depth to critical deployments when senior judgment is essential.
• Collaborate with the Deployment Strategist to translate complex business challenges into tangible agentic solutions.

You're Our Senior Forward Deployed Engineer If…

• You have 6+ years of experience in software engineering or technical delivery, with a proven track record in scalable production systems within enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS.
• You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• You are proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and familiar with the others.
• You have experience integrating LLMs into production and utilizing frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, along with responsible AI practices.
• You possess deep knowledge in data modeling, processing, and analytics using platforms like the company Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• You demonstrate expertise with the company platform, including Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and the company APIs.
• You have a results-oriented mindset with a focus on impactful, fast delivery.
• You have a history of mentoring technical talent and developing reusable assets such as frameworks and playbooks.
• You communicate effectively with peers, customers, and executive stakeholders.
• You keep abreast of developments in the AI/data landscape and love experimenting with new tools and frameworks.
• You are comfortable with traveling approximately 25% of the time, engaging directly with customer engineers.
• You possess business-level proficiency in Arabic and English.
• You hold a Computer Science (CS) degree or related qualification.

Nice-to-Haves

• the company certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, System Architect).
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices, observability tooling, or data governance frameworks.
• Experience architecting multi-cloud, multi-system enterprise AI solutions, especially for Global 500 customers.
• A track record of influencing enterprise software product roadmaps through field insights.
• Contributions to open-source projects, published technical writings, or conference presentations.
