The company is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers — the Technical Builders responsible for designing, building, and deploying the most complex agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You will lead technical delivery on your team, mentor the next wave of engineers, and set the engineering standards that define how agentic AI is deployed at scale. Partnering closely with a Deployment Strategist (Strategic Builder), you’ll own outcomes end-to-end, from architecture decisions to production. The Senior Builder Experience

• Technical Ownership: Partner with a Deployment Strategist to own customer outcomes end-to-end, ensuring deliverables meet the highest engineering standards.
• AI-Supported Engineering: Work with AI tools like Cursor and Claude daily, setting conventions and patterns that other Builders reference.
• Roadmap Influence: Your field experience directly impacts Product and Engineering, providing critical input on feature development based on real customer feedback.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay at the forefront of technology by piloting emerging AI tools, experimenting with new models, and sharing insights with your team and customers.

What You'll Actually Be Building

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for the company's most strategic customers, from architecture decisions through production handoff.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, and deterministic guardrails.
• Manage the data lifecycle, encompassing model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness for AI applications across various platforms.
• Resolve technical blockers that other engineers cannot, such as data integration failures and model deployment issues.
• Develop and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting for tracking deployment health and business outcomes.
• Quickly create proofs-of-concept and MVPs, making judicious decisions about what needs to be right the first time.
• Codify lessons learned into patterns, reusable assets, and internal frameworks that guide future projects.
• Mentor other Engineers through hands-on collaboration and code reviews, influencing their development through shared codebases.
• Provide technical depth on strategically critical deployments when senior engineering judgment is needed.
• Surface field insights to Product and Engineering, contributing valuable feedback that enhances the Agentforce roadmap.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to translate complex customer challenges into effective agentic solutions.

You're Our Senior Forward Deployed Engineer If…

• You have 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with proven ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
• You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• You are an expert in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and are conversant with the others.
• You’ve integrated LLMs into production environments and applied responsible AI practices.
• You possess deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics across platforms like the company's Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• You have expertise in the company's platforms such as Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and the company's APIs.
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset focused on impactful delivery and have the judgment to know when to prioritize accuracy over speed.
• You have experience mentoring technical talent and creating reusable assets, such as frameworks and playbooks.
• You communicate effectively with peers, customer architects, and executive stakeholders.
• You actively explore the evolving AI/data landscape, staying curious and engaged with new developments.
• You are willing to travel approximately 25% of the time, working closely with customer engineers.
• You have business-level proficiency in Arabic and English.
• You possess a Computer Science degree or a related qualification.

Nice-to-Haves

• The company's certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, System Architect).
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices, observability tooling, or data governance frameworks.
• Experience architecting multi-cloud, multi-system enterprise AI solutions for Global 500 customers.
• A track record of influencing product roadmaps through field engineering insights.
• Contributions to open-source projects, technical writing, or conference presentations.
