Lead Frontend Engineer

We at Seera Group are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of developers, overseeing project activities and managing resources from a technical perspective. Your responsibilities will include discussing requirements, planning, and design, as well as running teams using Scrum methodology and collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience, including 2 years in a team leadership role
• Proficient in writing clean, solid, scalable, and testable code
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks; React.js is a must
• Understanding of all major browsers and their unique quirks
• Familiarity with CSS pre-processing platforms like SASS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical users
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Impeccable organizational abilities and initiative
• Capability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
