Role: Senior Lead Software Engineer/Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
- Build self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
- Architect and automate build processes for production using task runners or scripts.
- Monitor and improve front-end performance across applications.
- Create scalable and highly available Restful APIs using NodeJS technologies.
- Collaborate effectively in settings involving CI/CD principles.
- Implement solutions utilizing containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ReactJS (TypeScript), HTML, CSS-in-JS, and NodeJS, JavaScript & TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of NoSQL databases and performance tuning/debugging.
- Familiarity with API gateway integrations (e.g., 3Scale) and authentication methods (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
- Proficient in building responsive web applications with an emphasis on performance and user experience.
- Experience with modern front-end development tools and libraries such as Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI.
- Knowledge of best coding practices, documentation standards, and unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Experience with React.js workflows such as Flux, Redux, or ContextAPI.
- Understanding of common programming paradigms and React principles.
- Solid grasp of front-end build pipelines and tools, along with version control software.
- Experience in writing non-blocking code and utilizing advanced techniques like multi-threading when necessary.
