As a Lead Functional Domain Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of the company's Cloud applications. You will ensure solution architecture feasibility and mitigate risks by collaborating with subject matter experts across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Functional leader/Advisor in various service activities such as Gap Analysis, Solution design, POCs, and business analysis.
- Document and review Requirement Specifications and Functional Specification documents.
- Travel as required to client locations for implementations, product walkthroughs, and POC workshops.
- Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure project success.
- Adhere to defined Change Control Processes and quality standards.
- Perform knowledge transfer and handover at the end of assignments, and provide timely status reports.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in applications, SaaS, and PaaS solutions; with at least 6+ years in SaaS implementations.
- Detailed functional knowledge of SaaS (eBusiness Suite is a plus).
- Strong ability to collaborate with client Business Teams and conduct project meetings.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is strongly recommended.
- Ability to work independently, in teams, and willingness to travel for client assignments.
- Familiarity with software development processes, basic SQL query writing, report writing, and testing tools.
Additional Information:
- Candidates should be open to working in shifts and attaining SaaS certifications as required.
- Knowledge of FMW/PaaS development tools is a plus.
