This role gives you an opportunity to apply your domain knowledge, skills, and experience to work in the Customer Success Services (CSS) team with the company's SaaS/PaaS products. You will maintain and support customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SAAS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Integration Cloud/SOA and integration to the company's SaaS products. You will be involved in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of the company's Cloud applications.

Responsibilities
- Lead and participate as Functional leader/Advisor in different service activity streams such as Gap Analysis and Solution design, POCs, Demonstrations, requirements gathering, business analysis, and projects’ delivery.
- Document and review Requirement Specifications Documents.
- Analyze business requirements, participate in functional design, and document/review Functional Specification documents.
- Travel as required to client locations onsite (within and outside MEA) for implementations and participate in product walkthrough and POC workshops.
- Work with all onsite collaborators and client personnel during implementations to ensure project success.
- Use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve work that meets quality expectations of the company/Client.
- Document all work in accordance with agreed standards/processes applicable for the company/Client.
- Adhere to defined Change Control Process of the company/Client and align with the company's/Client's audit/compliance requirements.
- Perform accurate handover/knowledge transfer at the end of each assignment and timely status reporting to the supervisor.
- Submit timesheets for the company/Clients promptly.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the company's applications, SaaS and PaaS solutions, with at least 6+ years in SaaS implementations.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with teams.
- Detailed functional knowledge of the company's SaaS (eBusiness Suite is a plus), within at least one industry.
- Ability to collaborate and connect with client Business Teams independently.
- Proficiency in analyzing solution approaches, estimations, and project risks.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent degree.
- Willingness to work offshore and travel to client locations for short, medium, or long duration assignments.
- Good communication and documentation skills in English; Arabic is strongly recommended.
- Knowledge of basic SQL query writing, report writing, and workflow/dashboard creation.
