Position

This role provides an opportunity to apply your domain knowledge, skills, and experience within the Customer Success Services (CSS) team, focusing on the company's SaaS/PaaS products. You will support and maintain customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SAAS, either on-site or remotely, while implementing and managing PaaS solutions such as the company's Integration Cloud/SOA. Responsibilities include the development and integration of application components, providing technical support, documentation, and administration of the company's Cloud applications. The Functional Domain Specialist ensures solution architecture feasibility and mitigates risk while leveraging a network of subject matter experts. You will propose customer roadmaps to realize the proposed solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate as a Functional Leader/Advisor across various service activities, including gap analysis, solution design, POCs, and business analysis.
  • Document and review requirement specifications and participate in functional design processes.
  • Travel to client locations as required for implementations and product walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure project success.
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with agreed standards.
  • Adhere to the company's/Client audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the company's applications, SaaS, and PaaS solutions, with at least 6+ years in SaaS implementations.
  • Proven industry experience in one or more Fusion SaaS pillars at a consultancy or customer site.
  • Strong functional knowledge of the company's SaaS (eBusiness Suite is a plus).
  • Ability to collaborate independently with client business teams.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of at least one industry’s terminologies, concepts, and processes.
  • Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is strongly recommended.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Work Conditions:
