About the Job
We are currently seeking an experienced HCM domain specialist with a focus on functional HCM process architecture and solution architecture across all disciplines of the HCM function. The Human Capital domain specialist ensures solution architecture feasibility and mitigates risk by leveraging a network of subject matter experts in the various domains. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA, and integrating with Oracle SaaS products.

As a functional leader/advisor, you will lead and participate in various service activity streams including gap analysis, solution design, proof of concepts, demonstrations, business analysis, and quality assurance with Oracle teams at client locations or offshore. You will collaborate with client personnel to ensure project success and document all work in accordance with agreed standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in service activity streams such as gap analysis and solution design
- Document and review requirement specifications
- Analyze business requirements and participate in functional design
- Travel to client locations for implementations and participate in product walkthroughs and workshops
- Collaborate with onsite team members and client personnel to ensure project success
- Adhere to change control processes and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications, SaaS, and PaaS solutions, with at least 6+ years in SaaS implementations
- Proven industry experience in HCM solutions and different HCM products
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with client business teams
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Oracle SaaS (eBusiness Suite is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
- Willingness to travel and work offshore or in shifts
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is strongly recommended
- Experience with SQL query writing and report writing is a plus
