Role Overview:
As part of the Strategy & Analytics team, the Lead of Growth Analytics will:
- Partner with the commercial team to create tools for Business Consultants to evaluate client performance and identify opportunities.
- Work with the monetization team to identify and recommend opportunities related to pricing and product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of managers and associates to deliver value for clients.
- Lead the transformation of data-driven business consultation within the commercial team.
- Ensure high client centricity through data and insights to enable client growth.
- Drive internal productivity improvements in sales processes using the right tools.
- Conduct client visits as needed to explain how business performance can be enhanced.
- Oversee the delivery of reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions and performance management.
- Collaborate with the monetization team on pricing and product initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a Strategy team or Analytics role, preferably in a reputable tech company or top-tier management consulting firm.
- Proven track record of high performance and achievements.
- Experience in team management in a fast-paced, impact-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in SQL and Tableau is a plus.
- Ability to create compelling presentations for senior audiences.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify issues and data quality problems.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required.
