What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead Integration OT/IT system manager to coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and system specialists, including district supervision consultants.
- Ensure selected IBMS and sub-systems are well defined and aligned with use cases and building infrastructure to reduce risk and decrease construction and operating costs.
- Develop a holistic approach to technology within budget to actively contribute to the successful deployment of the Integrated Smart Digital solution package.
- Closely coordinate with BMS & sub-systems Vendors/partners to develop the Interface Control document, including type and number of points and type of protocol to mitigate technical risks during project execution.
- Update shop drawings with required infrastructure for IOT sensors, field cameras, and connectivity to DOC, in coordination with vendors/suppliers/system specialists.
- Provide the network connectivity of each system head end to the MSI platform and specify network pre-requisites in collaboration with sub-system suppliers.
- Identify gaps between the proposed system of each asset/building and present findings to sub-system vendors.
- Facilitate reviews of the Gap Analysis with sub-system vendors and ensure hardware and software requirements comply with Smart City design.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Digital Solution system experience to deploy the right solution of OT/IT Systems, maximizing efficiency and interoperability across the enterprise.
- Direct exposure to working with system integrators like Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Sauter, and Johnson Controls.
- Creation and evaluation of RFPs for IBMS, Security, ICT, PSIM, VMS, Command and Control Center, OT/IT systems.
- Familiarity with industrial standard protocols of building solutions.
- Passion for being up to date with the latest developments in data technologies and architectures.
- Hands-on experience in designing, building, and operating modern data platforms for batch and real-time data processing at scale.
- Solid understanding of the needs and work methods of cross-functional data teams providing business value using AI, ML, and Deep Learning.
- Experience with IoT platforms, big data, data management, and data classification.
- Essential qualifications in Engineering with a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Electronics and control systems.
- 15+ years of experience in BMS, Security, ELV, AV, CMMS, OT/IT, and ICT systems.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Knowledge of the BMS & IBMS landscape and OT/IT sub-systems connected to the IBMS central platform.
- Understanding of a unified Metadata schema for buildings and the Brick Scheme.
- Familiarity with IBMS central platform integrated with various BMS systems distributed across different facilities/buildings/cities.
- Technical knowledge of UI configuration and smart digital solutions in smart buildings and cities.
- Experience in translating use cases and User Journey into Digital solution packages integrated with ELV, OT/IT, Security, and ICT systems.
- Team leadership and management skills to establish and lead cross-functional teams without hierarchical dependence.
- Technical knowledge of facility and asset management systems, HVAC, centrifugal water chiller systems, electrical and mechanical systems, air sampling systems, solar systems.
- Extensive knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability in building design.
- Experience reviewing package solutions to identify potential technical gaps and suggesting necessary hardware, software, and infrastructure during the vendor selection process.
- Knowledge of BIM optimization processes to ingest BIM files into a digital twin.
