Lead Integration Manager - MSI

Parsons Corporation is seeking a talented Lead Integration OT/TT System Manager to join our team for a leading Giga project as part of the implementation of a smart city. In this role, you will coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and system specialists, ensuring that the selected Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) and subsystems are well defined and aligned with use cases. Your efforts will minimize risks, reduce construction and operating costs, and ensure the deployment of the right technology that integrates orderly to achieve desired outcomes.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with vendors and specialists to develop interface control documents and update shop drawings for IOT sensors and connectivity.
• Identify gaps between proposed systems and hardware/software requirements and facilitate necessary adjustments.
• Ensure a holistic technology approach within budget for the Integrated Smart Digital solution package.
• Manage the integration of various OT/IT systems to maximize efficiency and interoperability.

Required Skills:

• Experience in deploying digital solutions for OT/IT systems.
• Direct exposure to working with system integrators (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens).
• Familiarity with industrial standard protocols related to building solutions.
• Hands-on experience in designing modern data platforms for batch and real-time processing.
• Essential qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Control Systems.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in BMS, Security, ELV, AV, CMMS, OT/IT, and ICT systems.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Smart Digital Solutions in smart buildings and cities.
• Understanding of user journeys and translating them into digital solution packages.
• Experience with energy management systems and building sustainability.
• Strong leadership and management skills to establish cross-functional teams.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages may be beneficial.
