Lead iOS/macOS Developer

The Technology Innovation Institute (TII) is seeking a Lead iOS/macOS Developer to spearhead development initiatives in our Cryptography Research Center (CRC). TII is a global scientific research center dedicated to advancing technology fields, including artificial intelligence, robotics, quantum computing, and cryptography.

In this role, you will lead iOS/macOS development using your extensive experience with Swift, XCode, and frameworks such as rxSwift and Cocoa. You will provide technical guidance to ensure efficient and innovative solutions that align with project objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leveraging a comprehensive understanding of MacOS/iOS principles to architect robust applications.
• Applying your expertise in multi-threading, RESTful API integration, and networking to develop scalable applications.
• Implementing design patterns such as MVC, MVP, and MVVC for code scalability and maintainability.
• Utilizing XCode developer tools for application optimization and performance enhancement.
• Developing MacOS system extensions to improve application functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in MacOS/iOS development with proficiency in Swift and XCode.
• Extensive knowledge of MacOS/iOS principles including resource management and memory management.
• Strong understanding of multi-threading and networking concepts (TCP/IP stack).
• Proficiency in design patterns and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with application optimization using XCode instruments.
• Knowledge of cryptography basics (PKI, key management, Keychains) is advantageous.
