Position

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the strategic design, implementation, and maintenance of CIG’s Network Infrastructure
- Leading a team of network professionals in tasks such as network architecture design, hardware and software configuration, security management, and performance optimization
- Monitoring network activity, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions for seamless connectivity and functionality
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Collaborating with other IT teams and vendors to integrate network systems effectively
Qualifications:
- An IT-related Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Six (6) years post-graduate experience or an IT-related Associate’s degree plus a minimum of Ten (10) years post-graduate experience
- At least two of the following certifications:
  - Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
  - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  - Cisco Certified Network Professional - CCNP
  - Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  - VMware Certified Professional - Network Virtualization (VCP-NV)
  - ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification
  - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in at least 8 of the following areas of specialization
  - Networking Protocols & Technologies
  - Network Security
  - Leading Network Architecture
  - Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting
  - Virtualization and Cloud Technologies
  - Network Hardware
  - Storage and Data Management
  - Automation and Scripting
  - Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
  - Communication and Leadership
Salary Range: 89,353-117,248.89 USD
