The Lead Network Solution Architect – Port role is critical, focusing on the design, implementation, and management of cutting-edge network solutions specifically for port operations. This includes integrating Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) networks, ensuring strong cybersecurity measures, and leading projects related to port expansions and new developments. The position demands exceptional leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing network infrastructures that align with NEOM's business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end network architectures for IT and OT environments within port operations.
- Implement high-availability networks that support critical port systems and operations.
- Manage network projects for port expansions and new developments, ensuring timely delivery to industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network solutions with operational needs.
- Drive innovation in network designs, supporting advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, and automation.
- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in port network design and management.
- Strong expertise in IT and OT network design and maintenance within industrial settings.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and network technologies like VLANs, SD-WAN, and firewalls.
- Proven experience managing large-scale network projects and relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification; CCIE certification or equivalent is preferred.
