About The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of end-to-end visibility, reliability, and performance within a complex and rapidly evolving digital landscape. Your responsibilities will include shaping how we monitor, anticipate, and optimize every interaction across our platforms, from mobile applications to cloud services and third-party integrations.
You will establish and drive enterprise-wide observability standards, ensuring that every component is fully traceable, measurable, and continuously improving. Leading proactive issue detection and resolution will be crucial, embedding reliability into our operations and enabling smarter, data-led decision-making throughout the organization.
You will design, build, and maintain a highly reliable global SaaS integration platform, ensuring high availability and resilient connectivity across multi-cloud environments. Your hands-on approach will involve working autonomously while providing technical leadership to engineering teams, with strong expertise in observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Datadog.
Collaboration is central to this role, as you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate observability insights into product and service enhancements, thus elevating performance and customer experience. As a lead, you will define standards, drive automation initiatives, and ensure our platforms are continuously optimized to support business growth and performance.

About You:
You should be degree qualified, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Observability and Site Reliability Engineering within enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Datadog is essential. Familiarity with metrics, logs, traces correlation, and mobile and web observability will be highly regarded.
